Grind is a hospitality company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and café-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.

 As a Supervisor, we expect the usual stuff on a day-to-day basis, helping to run your site in style and supporting your management team to meet site targets and team goals. 

To be eligible for this role, you will need to demonstrate confidence in leading the Front of House floor team. You must drive service and sales, and be the constant face of energy and passion on the floor!  We expect previous experience in restaurants , strong experience in supporting a busy team, and a 'work with the team' approach/attitude at all times.

Cocktail and Basic Barista Skills a plus.

You must be available Weekends and  at least 2 evenings until Midnight.

• Strong leadership skills
• Possess excellent communication skills to enable effective dialogue with colleagues and customers
• Ability to work well under pressure and use initiative
• Ability to problem solve and escalate complaints accordingly
• Dedicated team-player, who strives for excellence and leads by example 
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
