Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually compelling content for digital and print media. You will collaborate with marketing, social media, and product teams to develop graphics that enhance our brand identity and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design and create engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, newsletters, marketing materials, and other digital and print assets.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with brand identity and campaign goals.

·       Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts to ensure high-quality output.

·       Prepare final files for digital and print production, ensuring all designs meet technical specifications.

·       Provide creative direction in tandem with Marketing Director for all photoshoots, video shoots, content curation and other live action collection of content.

·       Assist with branding projects, including logo design, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.

·       Assist in designing promotional materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, and email templates.

·       Assist and continue development of Marketing Team ongoing evolution of timely processes, workflow and file-saving.

·       Continuous awareness of communication analytics, offering recommendations based on guest usage, integrating KPI with digital marketing .

·       Collaborating with other members of the marketing and venue team(s), i.e. customer journey, menus, digital and social to amplify marketing communication across all platforms.

·       Stay updated on design trends, particularly trends in the hospitality industry, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output and fresh ideas into projects.

·       Organize and maintain design assets in the brand’s asset management system for easy access and collaboration.

·       Ensure consistency in design across all brand touchpoints.


·       Collaborating with internal and external constituencies (such as internal Marketing Team and external PR agencies) around copy, design, production, distribution of marketing

messaging and collateral.

·       Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

·       1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

·       Ability to share portfolio of work.

 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

·       1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus).

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote is a plus).

·       Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

·       Experience with digital design, social media graphics, and web design.

·       Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

·       Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

·       Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience in motion graphics or video editing.

·       Familiarity with Canva, Dropbox, Asana, MyEmma, Seven Rooms, Figma, or other design tools.

·       Knowledge of print production processes.

·       Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
