Description
Lure Fishbar New York is seeking Full-Time or Part-Time Hosts
- One year of host experience in fine casual dining or fine dining.
- Open availability.
- A guest-first approach to hospitality.
- The ability to anticipate guests’ needs.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with reservations platforms (7Rooms, Resy, etc).
The ideal Host candidate will be able to:
- Interact with the restaurant guests, fellow staff members, and supervisors in a polite, courteous, and hospitable manner.
- Oversee the dining room and make it a warm and welcoming place.
- Ensure all guests have an exemplary welcome & departure experience.
- Actively take and process reservations.
- Answer incoming calls and questions.
- Assist in coordinating the activities of dining room personnel to provide fast, friendly service to guests.
- Available to work nights and weekends.
- Opportunity to learn office administrative tasks.
