Mortons is a refreshing café, bar and restaurant in Solihull cleverly designed to incorporate relaxed drinking and dining in one light and welcoming space. You can even dine alfresco on the tree-shaded terrace - all day every day.
Located at Dickens Heath, Solihull, our doors are open from 10am so that customers can start the day with a delicious latte or energizing espresso, then move on to our famous brunch. Available till noon, our brunch menu offers a range of mouth-watering breakfasts such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or a traditional Mortons fry up. We also tempt our customers with fabulous handmade cakes on display at the bar and Monday to Friday 10 til 12 our teas and Illy coffees .

What we look for in a Sous Chef:

  • As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
  • Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
  • A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
  • Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
  • Take pride in every successful service.
  •  A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
